Food and drink are usually considered safe but there is risk
of parisitic infection and toxins from raw seafood.

Hepatitis A vaccinations are sometimes advised;

Japanese encephalitis
can occur and paragonimiasis has been reported.
TB occurs.

care
Health insurance is strongly advised,
due to the high cost of treatment. The International Association
for Medical Assistance to Travellers has English-speaking doctors
available. There are hospitals located in all major cities.
