is unicameral; executive power
nominally sits with the President, but is effectively
exerted by the Prime Minister
and the Cabinet.
The presidency is a mainly ceremonial post whose
incumbent is elected by parliament for a 6-year term.
The 93-member Parliament is elected to serve a
5-year term; aside from nine presidential appointees,
