The chosen restaurants
have been divided into 5 categories: Budget, Business, Gastronomic,
Trendy, and Personal Recommendations. The restaurants are listed
alphabetically, and serve as guidelines rather than absolute definitions
of the establishments.
Restaurants add a 10% service charge, 4% GST and 1% government tax
to the bill. This 15% known as ‘triple plus’ is mandatory.
Tipping is not normally required on top. The prices quoted are for
an average three-course meal for one person and for a bottle of
house wine or the least expensive equivalent; it does not include
service charge or tax. |
