During 2002, the airport was the only one in Scandinavia to show growth in the number of passengers. International flights use terminals 2 and 3. Terminal 1 handles domestic services to destinations on Jutland and Funen.

Flight information is available from Scandinavian Airlines System (telephone number: 3232 0000), Novia (telephone number: 3247 4747) and ServisAir (telephone number: 3231 4055), but, in 2002, the airport introduced a new system enabling registered users to have messages sent direct to their mobile phones, relaying gate and boarding information, any changes or delays and the arrival time of flights and baggage and this service is available through the website. A free transit bus connects both the domestic and international terminals.
