The weather is tropical
in Fiji. Southeast trade winds from March to November bring dry
weather. The rainy season is between December and April. On average
there are 15 cyclones per decade, affecting some
part of Fiji, and 2 to 4 actually cause severe damage.
They occur from November to April and with largest frequency in
January and February. There is larger risks in the outlying north
west island groups. Required
