Cafés and restaurants are located throughout the airport.

Shopping

Shops include a duty-free shop in the International Terminal, as well as shops in both terminals selling a variety of goods, including regional produce, jewellery and luggage accessories. There is a newsagents too.

A left-luggage facility is available in the International Terminal; luggage shipping and delivery can also be arranged here (telephone number: (0)4 4214 3175).
A lost and found office is situated in the Domestic Terminal (telephone number: (0)4 4214 2410).

There is a pharmacy and first aid services in the International Terminal.

Business facilities

The Marseilles Provence Business Centre (telephone number: (04) 4214 2774, e-mail: centre.affaires@marseille-provence.aeroport.fr), Hall 4, in Terminal Two, provides Internet, fax and telephone facilities, as well as several small meeting rooms accommodating up to 30 delegates. The Salon Panoramique in Terminal One holds up to 150 delegates for meetings.

Information and help desks

Two information desks (telephone number: (0)4 4214 1414 or 4214 2114) are always open on the Arrivals level of both terminals. Staff can advise on airport facilities, the times of flight arrivals and departures and connecting flights. There is an automatic information service (telephone number: (0)4 4214 2020) available 24 hours a day.

Disabled Facilities

The airport is accessible for disabled passengers. Facilities for the disabled traveller can be provided on request by the airlines or by Midi Provence (telephone number: (0)4 4214 2742).

Car Parking


There are over 6,000 parking spaces in 9 parking lots, including covered and outdoor car parks. Covered parking is available close to the terminal in P6, short-term parking is available in P8 and P9, nearby car parks include P10 and P5.

Medium-term stays and long-term parking is available in P1 and P2, close to the terminals, and P3 and P7, as well as a separate facility.

Car Hire

ADA, Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz, National/Citer and Sixt are all represented, with desks situated between P3, P7 and P8 car parks.

Transport to the city

There are regular shuttle buses (navettes), operated by Transport Routier Passagers Aeriens, TRPA (telephone number: (04) 9150 5934), to St-Charles SNCF railway station (telephone number: (04) 9504 1000), every 20 minutes 0530–2130 hrs. These take 25-30 minutes and tickets cost €8.50. From the station, there are direct links to Avignon (journey time – 50 minutes) on regional TER trains.

Taxi

Airport taxis (telephone number: (04) 4214 2444) to Avignon cost approximately €120 (journey time is approx 45 minutes).

Free courtesy buses are available to the hotels and can be booked via designated telephones in the Arrivals halls of both terminals.
