GSM 900 network is run by Gibtel. Coverage extend over the whole of Gibraltar and a large part of the sea around. Handsets can be rent out from Gibtel, at 25 South Barracks Road.

Airmail within Europe takes 1 to 5 days. Airmail flights are generally daily. There is a Poste Restante facility at the main post office in Main Street.

Post office hours: Monday-Friday 0900-1630 (0900-1415 in summer), Saturday 1000-1300.
