Long famous as the best formal French restaurant in Tokyo, the award-winning Les Saisons is handily situated in the Imperial Hotel. The elegant lavishness of the Provençal-style ambience is extremely inviting and the seasonal menu contains classic dishes, including steak with foie gras, bouillabaisse (fish soup) and cider-roasted lobster. The restaurant is thought to be Tokyo’s ultimate venue for elite political and business ‘power breakfasts’.

An oasis of sophistication situated on the 52nd floor of Shinjuku’s Park Hyatt Hotel, just obtaining reservations for this award-winning restaurant will impress any Tokyo client. Popular for less formal business occasions, the Palace Hotel’s teppanyaki restaurant showcases the skills of the chef, as he prepares each meal to order.
