huge pink rose emblems, the ‘New Japanese Cuisine’
of famous chef Nobu Matsuhisa has arrived in Tokyo’s

of traditional Japanese ingredients with New World flavours
produces exquisite signature dishes such as black cod
with miso, squid in light garlic sauce and the excellent
‘new-style sashimi’. For a culinary adventure,

art form in itself), Takamura creates a traditional
Japanese dining experience not soon forgotten. Seated
in one of eight relaxing tatami rooms overlooking Japanese

or quails eggs, each item seasonal and beautifully displayed
