The restaurants we have
selected are divided into five categories: Budget, Business, Gastronomic,
Personal Recommendations and Trendy. The restaurants are listed
alphabetically within these various categories, which are guidelines
rather than complete definitions of the establishments.
A 5% consumer tax is added on to restaurant bills
and some luxury restaurants may also add a 10–15%
service charge. Tipping is not customary
and could offend.
The prices listed below are for an average three-course dinner for
one person and a bottle of house wine or cheapest equivalent; they
include VAT but do not include tip. |
