The 2 terminals (International and Domestic) are joined together to form one building and are within easy walking distance of each other.
Driving Directions
The main road that leads to the airport from Moscow is Kashirskoe Highway, which flows into the airport junction road (Domodedovo Airport Road).
Car Parking
There is parking space for more than 4,000 cars at the airport. Short and long-term parking are available. Parking for the first 15 minutes are free of charge.
Car Hire
Car rental services are provided by Hertz and Europcar(advance bookings only). Desks are located in the International arrival hall, in the left wing of the airport.
Public Transport
Rail
Paveletsky railway station has city passenger terminal connected to the airport by high-speed railway. The high-speed Aeroexpress train travels to and from Paveletsky-Moscow and Domodedovo Airport (Journey time is 40 minutes). Numerous airlines provide their passengers with free tickets to the Aeroexpress train.
Road
Modern Scania express buses offer shuttle services between the airport and the Domodedovskaya underground station (Journey time is 25-30 minutes). Ticket can be bought in the airport next to the desk No.0 of the Russian airlines hall. Boarding takes place in the right wing of the airport. There is also 24-hour taxi shuttle services between the Domodedovskaya underground station and the airport (Journey time is 25-30 minutes). Payment must be made to the driver when boarding the taxi. Information and Help Desks
Airport's information desks are located all over the airport and can be easily found. Information on arrivals and departures, schedules, check-in procedures, baggage handling, customs clearing procedures, passport checking, getting to the airport and so on can be obtained here. Maps of the airport are available as well. Automated telephone inquiry system (in English and in Russian) is also available (tel: (095) 720 6666). If you have questions regarding your flight, turn to the information desk located left of the entrance to the airport terminal (tel: (095) 933 6666). The Travel Center (for bookings and tourist information) is located in the international flight arrival area, counters 73 and 74.
Airport Facilities
Money and communications
A bank, open round the clock, is located on the 2nd floor of the airport terminal. ATMs are available. Bureau de change facilities are available in the arrival area for domestic and international flights on the 1st floor of the airport terminal, as well as in the shopping centre on the 2nd floor and in the VIP lounge. There is a post office in the shopping centre. Free Internet kiosks are located in the departure area for international flights and there is an Internet center situated in the shopping centre. Wireless access is available as well. There are over 40 phones located throughout the terminals, and mobile phone charging is also available.
Eating and drinking
There are many restaurants, bars and coffee shops at the airport, including the ‘Old City’ Russian restaurant and the ‘Asian Café’, which sells Japanese food.
Shopping
The main shopping area is situated on the 2nd floor. Shops selling souvenirs, perfumes, toys and many other things are available. Duty-free is available for international passengers.
Luggage
Trolleys are available for free throughout the airport terminal and at the station. A left-luggage facility at the luggage office (open round the clock) can be found at the underground level of the terminal. For more information call (501) 484 8034.
Other facilities
There are special facilities for children and mothers and a children centre. The central medical assistance station is located on the 1st level in the right wing of the passenger terminal (Domestic flights area). Office is open round the clock (tel: (095) 504 0248 or 504 0249). There is a chapel, and a mosque too. Militia officers are on duty around the clock (tel: (095) 967 8278).
Conference and Business Facilities
Meeting rooms equipped with TVs, LCD and video tape recorders are available for hire in the VIP-lounge of the airport (tel: (095) 504 0295). They can accommodate between 10-20 people. Bookings must be made by fax on (095) 787 8632/10.
Disabled Facilities
There are adapted toilets and lifts. A special service for disabled passengers provides a whole range of services for disabled passengers for free.
